2 Days/ 1 Nights Tsavo West National Park Safari from Nairobi is a trip to the largest park in Kenya called Tsavo National Park located 233 km South of Nairobi and 250 km North of Mombasa on the main Nairobi- Mombasa Road. The park is divided into two- Tsavo West and Tsavo East National Parks for administrative purposes.

2 Days/ 1 Nights Tsavo West National Park Safari from Nairobi is a trip to the largest park in Kenya called Tsavo National Park located 233 km South of Nairobi and 250 km North of Mombasa on the main Nairobi- Mombasa Road.

The park is divided into two-Tsavo West and Tsavo East National Parks for administrative purposes. Our 2 Days/ 1 Night safari starts with a visit to Tsavo West National Park located on south eastern Kenya, 240 Kilometers from Nairobi along the western side of Mombasa-Nairobi highway.

We arrive at our lodge/ camp for lunch then after relax before the afternoon Game drive. On our game drive we are bound to see vast herds of dust-red elephant, rhino, hippo, lions, cheetah, leopards, Buffalos and serval cat.

Among the less common animals to be found are the fringed-eared Oryx, the gerenuk and lesser kudu. The carnivores in addition to lion include. Our second day we visit Tsavo East National Park located on south eastern Kenya, 240 kilometers from Nairobi along the western side of Mombasa-Nairobi highway.

A variety of animals can be seen in Tsavo East National Parks such as lions, leopard, cheetah, zebras, giraffes, serval, antelopes, kongoni, lesser kudu, oryx, klipspringer, impala, stripped hyena, ostriches, gazelles, buffalos, elephants and many more.

A variety of migratory and native birds are seen. The birds are viewed between late October and early January, and come from as far as Eastern and Western Europe. Commonly seen birds are African skimmers, goshawks, red and yellow bishops, palm nut vultures and the white-headed buffalo weavers.

0700 Hours: Depart from Nairobi city/ Airport and proceed to the Tsavo West National park via the Nairobi-Mombasa road. You will enter the park at Mtito Gate and start your game-drive en-route to your Lodge/ Camp.
Lunch will be served at the Hotel and some rest time followed by an extensive game-drive later in the afternoon. You will visit the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary – a 70 square Kilometer fenced area where Tsavo’s growing population of endangered black rhino are inching their way back from the chasm of extinction that was forced upon them by rampant poaching in the 1960’s.
You will search for elephant, giraffe, buffalo, antelope, lion and other game on your game-drive
Overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge or Similar

This morning you will enjoy an early morning game-drive before breakfast in the park. Game viewing drives at the Tsavo West with a visit to the Mzima springs.
The Springs are fed daily by 250 million liters of water gushing from the Chyulu Hills provide an oasis of green, an underwater hippo viewing chamber, two nature trails and some unique picnic spots.
The molten lava that forms the Shetani Lava Flow spewed from the earth just 200 years ago and its fiery fury was thought by the local people to be the work of the devil, hence its name which means devil in Swahili.
Lunch at your Lodge and exit the Park drive to Nairobi or Mombasa arriving in the evening. Drop off at your hotel or Airport
