Day 1 – pick up from Kigali International Airport. Have meet and greet assistance. You’ll then be transfered to your hotel in the city. On arrival, you’ll be assisted to check in. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2 – Kigali city tour – Head to the Volcanoes National Park – Evening relaxation
After leisurely breakfast your driver guide will pick you up and you will proceed on a guided city tour that will include the Kigali Genocide Memorial and the Inema Arts Gallery. Lunch at Grazia Hotel then drive to Musanze, hotel check in.
Afternoon visit to Iby’iwacu cultural village – the visit offers an adventurous stay in a traditional rural Rwandan village that has existed for centuries living with and next to mountain gorillas in Volcanoes National park. The visit will give you a rare chance to meet local people, in their environment, with a taste of Rwandan culture and tradition. The community you visit will genuinely welcome you as special guests while they proudly present to you aspects of their traditions and beliefs. This will truly be an experience of a lifetime! Then drive to your accommodation.
Day 3 – Gorilla trek – Head to the Volcanoes National Park, Gorilla Campus.
Wake up early and after breakfast go for briefing on gorilla trekking at the park offices in
Kinigi. Attend the briefing in order to know what to expect during gorilla tracking. There are
10 habituated Rwanda gorilla families that are available for tracking. You will be assigned
one group based on your overall fitness among other factors. After the one hour watching
and taking photos of the gorilla family, you will head back to the starting point where our
guide will take you back to the lodge for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, visit of Ellen De
Generes Gorilla campus then return to lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 4- Golden Monkeys in the Volcanoes National Park.
We arrive at the Volcanoes National Park Headquarters for briefing at 7 a.m. These striking primates are a treat for the eyes with their bright orange fur contrasting the green rainforests of the Virunga Mountains. Be part of the social encounters between endangered golden monkeys, following them as they go about their daily lives amongst the treetops. Following the trail of bamboo, learn how to trace this rare species with local experts. Fall in love, observing them in their home. You will have a good hike and spend moments with these beautiful creatures with the guidance of our park guide. After completing the activity drive back to lodge for lunch then drive back to Kigali for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 –Kigali city tour
The city tour will gives you an exceptional feel of Africa’s beautiful and cleanest city, Kigali, which is also a hub of the rolling “thousand hills” of Rwanda. You will visit Kandt house or museum of natural history where Dr. Richard Kandt the first German colonial resident of Rwanda resided. The experience at the museum can take about 1 hour in total depending on how you engage the with the museum guides about what you are learning in regards to Kigali and Rwanda in general.
After here, visit Kimironko market and learn about the most real life in Africa in the market full of fruit fragrance. It is a market where you can interact with the local venders, who are busy selling all sorts of human needs, ranging from food staffs, clothing’s, household utensils, art and crafts, African wears and much more. It is also a good market to get fresh food stuff. We have a relaxed afternoon: souvenir shopping at different craft shops/market and art galleries in Kigali before driving back to your accommodation/airport.
